Q: Are prices final?
"A: The prices in our pricelist are indicative and based on current market rates. Final pricing is confirmed upon booking and is subject to the terms below."

Q: What affects pricing?
"A: Several factors may cause price adjustments:

• Flight availability and airline fares (change daily)
• Exchange rate fluctuations (particularly relevant for international flights)
• Resort availability (peak/off-peak seasons)
• Last-minute special offers (can lower prices)
• Seat availability on preferred flights
• We'll always provide an updated quote before you commit."

Q: How long are prices valid?
"A: Prices are indicative only. Once we confirm your booking, we'll provide a locked-in rate valid for 48 hours. After that, rates may be adjusted based on availability and market conditions."

Q: Does this include everything?
"A: Yes—airfare, accommodation on all-inclusive basis (unless noted), and transfers. Some resorts may require supplements for certain activities, romantic dinners, or spa treatments. These will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation."

Q: Why does the pricelist show a price range?
A: Our range reflects seasonal variations (peak vs. off-peak), room categories (standard vs. suite), and different accommodation options within each destination. Your final quote depends on your preferred travel dates and room choice.

Q: Can you guarantee the quoted price?
A: Prices are indicative until we receive your booking request and full payment. We'll provide a locked-in quote valid for 48 hours before you commit. After payment, your price is secured.

Q: What if I book and prices drop the next day?
A: Travel pricing fluctuates like airline tickets. If you're within 7 days of booking and a better rate emerges for the same dates/resort, contact us—we'll review options to help maximize your value.

Q: Do you price match?
A: We offer competitive rates through our exclusive partnerships. If you find a significantly lower price elsewhere for an identical package, contact us—we may be able to match or beat it.

Q: What if flights increase in price before I book?
A: This is why we recommend booking promptly once you've found your ideal package. We'll always quote the current rate and explain any increases before you commit.

Q: Are there hidden charges I should know about?
A: No. Everything is transparent. Our all-inclusive packages cover flights, accommodation, and transfers. Activities, dining upgrades, spa services, and special requests are quoted separately and clearly.

Q: What about travel insurance?
A: Travel insurance is available and highly recommended. It's a separate optional add-on with its own cost, which we'll calculate for you at quote stage.

Q: Can I extend my stay or change dates?
A: Absolutely. If you'd like a different date or extended stay, let us know—we'll provide an updated quote for your preferred dates.
